We fought hard but in the end we only succeeded in killing ourselves.

As had been previously announced, the time of the Talons of Liberty has come to an end, like all things do eventually. People have chosen new routes to explore and new paths to make, and as such, people have found their own new ways.
The two new guilds that have formed, Golden Alliance and Natural Selection (names not finalized for either guild at the time of writing) are meant to be two new guilds that have no affiliation or relation to ToL except for maybe the make-up of their initial members. Thus, neither side is a "half of ToL," for ToL was considered to have ended at the point in time before the last fight that had led to various issues within the guild had taken place.
Lastly, under request, the guildname, guild, and other related parts of the former guild have been transferred to Zarythe, who wished to keep the memory alive. However, there are no plans for a revival of this guild in the foreseeable future, and this is more of a sentimental gift.

With that, the Talons of Liberty depart.
