Stuck at please wait when registering

I tried registering and It never left the please wait. So i never got an email... and I tried logging in with the info from my account on here and it never worked. Is registration disabled?? I'm using a mac and I never had an account before on here, I usually just play as a guest any help or advice to get an account on the tribute?

As far as I know, this place is deserted. It was really fun years ago, but since all the main players left, good luck finding people who still play it.
