I agree with Accelevi on keeping nape hitbox the same. Actually I think the nape hitboxes should be a constant size for all titans like in the anime/manga (1 meter long, x cm wide). However that should be added once we have some way to improve our accuracy of attacking, which then makes the nape size balanced.

The technique NaN mentioned (hooking just above head, and then hooking to nape/slash) should also be tweaked slightly. The hitbox makes it hard, but in the scheme of things, if the hitbox were easier to hit, that would make it ridiculously easy.

Yo i finally found (after dying so many times.... ironic thing, it wasn't the crawler who killed me)

It's right in his hair ._. in the "neck" you could say that.
You asked if anyone knew a while ago

Someone said it was right above the bottom of the hair area.

Not his head, below his hair i mean where the neck should be , the hair is covering the nape is what i meant.
And that's the spot where you can kill him, i tried a little lower and nothing, a lucky kill of 10 dmg FUCK YEAH! xD

I find it's pretty easy to kill spiders now. Just hang from wall right above its head, then double hook the nape and slash. Make sure when you're hanging from the wall, not to use your gas. It may cause you to auto run up the building and get killed by their jump.

Hooking backwards seems impossible in canon, but I'm not sure.
I think they fire the hooks from the hip, so I think it would be impossible.
So yeah, that method of killing it should be fixed.

Honestly not sure why people always include the "Hook onto it's nape" in their description of that tactic. You can just drop down onto it, they'll keep running into the wall regardless of whether or not you're hooked. Only way they'll stop doing it is if you run too far behind them, or to the left or right, and there's no reason to do any of those things if you're trying to go for the nape. Not that there's any reason to even go for the nape.

Fo'sho man... you gotta show that beast the swag!
That you are better than him, y'know? lol

Besides, if you don't hook in the nape it's kinda impossible to kill it

What? Did you even read what I said? It's not impossible in the slightest xD It just keeps running into a wall, you don't have to hook to it's nape, you can just land directly on it with absolutely no effort. Hooks don't matter for something that you can stand on, and is completely immobile
