It feels so good to be back! I somehow managed to improve my hit scores and maneuvering during the downtime, which seems strange. Whatever works I guess.

I'm doing worse after the shutdown ;_;
Anyway, a DDoS might actually be a possibility
As I recall, the 3DS game only arrived in Japanese
but the hype was only meh, because Feng's game had shown how great an AoT game could be
Whereas, although the official game had better textures, it lacked the gameplay and feel of SnK that Feng was able to capture
So this lowered hype and pretty much crushed any chance of international profit
Since if they bothered translating and shipping in bulk outside of Japan
They would not likely make much money to cover the costs and make enough profit to make up for the time
Anyway, a DDoS might be the safest way to try to take out this powerful opponent
Since lawsuit would hurt their reputation and sales a LOT by angry AOTTG players
So I conclude a DDoS is a possibility, but I still rather doubt it was that company :/
Meh, to each his own I suppose

It was proven to be a DDOS.
Extremely unlikely to be by that company.

I'd have to agree, there's no monetary gain for a company to even try to hack a game based on donations. Remember this game is "a bit" buggy anyways.

Good thing I tried to login today, or I'd be assuming that the site was gone forever.
Anyways, it feels so nice to be able to spiderman-ing around the maps again!

Not really tragic to me. AOT-XAN Servers are pretty full cause of this.
