Eren solutions

Postby Innti » Wed Apr 30, 2014 11:07 pm

This is to move things off the discussion group, let's figure out together what good solutions to make eren less op. If you don't think he's op state your reason why, let's come to an agreement ^_^ ideas anyone?

PS please do not slam others for opinions. Be rational and let's have some fun with this while figuring this problem out.

Thank you for maing a thread about it.

Well imo i'm going with the escape is random based.
You get a 25% chance to escape a grab if your meter is full. It's risky but could still make sense : Eren is an amateur titan shifter, in a situation like that , we can't know for sure if he's be able to transform

How about random based but the chance is given for how many Titans you kill without dying, so newb players couldn't break out of the first grab they get. They need to earn life lol.

Keep everything same, but have grab escape removed.
Perhaps more gas usage (Titan-crazy Eren is Titan-crazy?)?

Just add an option for the host to disable him if they dont want an Eren in their server.
Or
Only allow one transformation per round, or both.

How would both work?
If Eren is disabled, the second wouldn't matter, whether or not it was on. lol

Well, I personally have 2 ideas for some mini-nerfs to Eren:
1.In Titan form, every certain number of hits or maybe if he hits 2 or 3 Titans in one swing, he'll damage his hand? then you just gotta press R and it'll regenerate after a second
2.When he emerges from his Titan form, he doesn't just appear outside the neck? he actually takes a second or two to tear himself out of the nape?

I like this and actually I made it in my mods that hosters can choose that. I personally want the grab escape gone but you can do it right before a grab, it would make the player more alert.

Not a good idea , it would make him still broken in very long survival maps. ERen would just wait and ramapge everything , then hide again.

Then the host could just kick player, and just have a player kick option for host?
