Registration isn't fixed but Accel is able to manually register people everyday instead of it doing automatically. So it's kinda "fixed"

OH MY GOD SENPAI YOU'RE ALIVE. Last I checked, GB wasn't dissolved, they just didn't want a guild thread anymore from the constant harassment. They still have their IRC and TS chats tho. Although I haven't popped in for a while so i could be wrong.
