That's possible, heck they might even have their own version of the walls too but probably smaller.

Yeah...it seems like Grisha is from outside the Walls where other Titan Shifters used to be. He seemed to be just as surprised as they were to encounter people traveling beyond the wall. I don't think he knew about the 3DMG.
