If you're referring to the RC Mod, then you'll want to download the actual mod, a simple google search of "AOTTG RC Mod" will suffice and lead you to the right site. Once there, go to the download page, select and download the appropriate file. Once downloaded, I can't remember if it's just a singular .exe file or not. Anyway, the RC Mod's file is "RCFinal", it's simply an .exe file.

Lots of people complain about the exe being laggy, so you should download the mac/linux/winduws version. Once you download it, just open the html file..
But don't forget to sometimes go on Fengs site for his ads, because no ad revenue means no servers!

I've never suffered from much lag whilst using the .exe, although I did encounter the occasional spike and frame rate drop.
