You are a lucky soul if you never saw one. You can look at Noodler's YouTube channel to see how horrible they were. And it was damn near unplayable in the Annie map because there would be like 7 vibrating aberrants and 3 vibrating crawlers. It. Was. Impossible.

That sounds horrible.....come to think of it, I never actually encountered any vibrating Titans. 
Did anyone actually find out what caused them?

Yup. You could also make them vibrate manually by attacking or pushing them as a titan. Though the vibration won't be as strong in comparison.

Crosshair's red, but it does indeed reach 122 units away regardless.

Hey guys! New maps came out today! 
including Tutorial and Training maps on SP, in Multiplayer some new forests including a LAVA FLOOR map!
