This was a bad idea.

This was a bad idea.

I like it though. Now you can do air equator at higher speed. Also, it's more realistic now.

The backward hook is troublesome.

I actually love the new hook speed. The air equators can be done at a higher speed and the backwards thing really doesn't bother me. Newer players might find it harder but if they're new they probably won't be going fast enough to feel the effects.

I fail to see how it's more realistic?

As you may have deduced I see the latest wire changes as a bad thing (and I'm not the only one). This kind of justification upsets me since, 1) not everyone uses aerial equators, 2) others who freeform are negatively affected by these changes, and 3) I use AECs and I'm far from being benefited.

I'm just asking for the wires to be reverted back. So far this past month it seems the development team has been fickle about the mechanics on the 3DMG. It'd really do well just to stick with one change and leave it at that.

Yes.

I've tried all the ways to Update the game. I've:
- Reinstalled my Web Browser [Chrome]
- Reinstalled Unity [Multiple Times]
- Cleared the Cache
Is there another way to access the Update, because Unity just stopped working for me all-in-all, saying "Failed to Download Data File."
Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you!
But now the problem is that I cannot get Unity alone to Run.

A quick analysis of the thread shows that it only supports my argument, but I wouldn't go into depth here.

it's more realistic because the hooks initial velocity is now relative to the player.

I like the new hook speed as aerial equator can now be done at a higher speed and general movement is faster too. Also I fail to see how freeform player are negatively affected as most use aerial equator and reeling.

Yes.

I only found the hooks take a small bit longer when firing backwards which really doesn't effect it at all. Also often do people actually fire directly backward.
