Virtual Piano

Postby UsagiMaako » Tue Aug 20, 2013 7:05 am

Hey!

I'll make this quick and simple; Shingeki no Kyojin and Virtual Piano.

To sum it up, it's an application where when you hit a key, it plays a sound. It's pretty fun really, the only problem is that you can't play black notes with white notes, seems like Virtual Piano likes to be racist. Jokes aside, it's simply because to play black notes, you have to hold SHIFT and then hit a key. Meaning that while you're holding shift, you won't be able to hit any white keys.

Make sure you're using firefox so theres no sound lag/sync problems. Also, you'll have to have a good sound chip or sound card or else the sound will start getting weird if you play really low or high notes while your sound is high.

Yes yes, I know the sheet is really simple, but if only you'd knew about how limited VP is ;-;
But yeah, if you want to try it out: http://www.virtualpiano.net
If you need sheets, go on this page aswell: http://www.kod5.com/k-virtual-piano.html

I have more recent videos that are more complicated so feel free to check em out if you'd like :roll:

It would be cool if someone used this for an Attack on Titan gamplay video ;)

I entered a competition made by the creators of virtual piano. Except I didn't put this video in, I played Peaceful Days from "Chrono Trigger".

Guess what, I made the final cuts. Theres 17 of us left, and I'm representing Canada. Final winner will be judged in October o3o.
