Reeling Issue

Ever since the update, my friend hasn't been able to use her scroll to reel in. But her scroll works just fine on other websites, and she's even tried two different mouses. She plays on a Mac if that helps explain, but has anyone else had this issue?

There's another thread about this, and apparently it's a problem that's been happening to a few people ever since the update came out on the 15th. Supposedly trackpads on laptops still allow reeling, though.
