Can we all just agree current balances are f***ing stupid

Are they? I think they're fine. Jean finally got nerfed, Armin stopped being awful, and Petra is finally what she should be. I think the character balances are fine.

1. Levi could just have been basically the same.
2. Petra can just have equal speed to old Mikasa, Mikasa's old speed would remain as such.
3. Jean's length becomes shorter than Marco's (Not Marco's becoming longer)
4. Jean's gas drops to 150%
5. Remove Eren's grab escape
6. Armin/Marco effect usable on PTs (Marco's would only work momentarily, obviously)
7. Sasha able to eat on the run
7. Armin able to target single Titan, Marco/Armin perhaps a larger range
8. Speed rank: Armin < Sasha < Marco < Jean < Eren < Mikasa/Petra < Levi
Gas amount thingy: Eren (Because stupid)/Armin (because slow just meaning more gas to move same amount) < Sasha/Marco < Mikasa (speed demon = waste gas, or you can have slower, but less waste, your choice, but only one or other) < Petra... Levi (Levi would have slightly better than Petra) < Jean

That's about it, I think.
I might've missed a few things.
But other than that, nothing needed to change.

Well I see your points. But I think they're fine now. Also I thought Jeans gas did get nerfed to 150... I must have been misinformed... And I see what you mean about Armin/Marco's ailities working on PTs. But other than that I think all of the stats are fine to me.

Yeah overall it wasn't really that bad.
I'd prefer this over the old balances, mostly every character has their purpose

back then you only got two choices for competitive, now it's only really Eren that's useless. because he has shit stats, and his special is pretty much banned everywhere.
(banned from tournaments and entire game modes)

1.) levi is pretty much the same, the only stat that was sort of messed with was acl
first from what I've played he just starts up slower, i don't have proof for this either, but I feel his blades are a bit longer.
6.) Armin's special can effect PTs

from the anime Armin was the smartest/he worked on 3DMG with marco, I think the gas was a nice stat for balancing. imo

Except I think sasha shouldn't be slower than jean, considering she stole a kill from connie who was stealing a kill from jean, which means she must either be faster than connie and jean, or just timing but i think it is the former. Also, eren's grab escape is a bit OP game wise, but he did rip out of a titan's stomach, which would be stronger than any grab. I really don't know why anyone would bother playing as eren.

it's not that Eren is a bad character it's just that everyone marks him as OP.
There's like 10000000x ways to make him a total legit character suggested now, but fonso opted to just take him out entirely from some gamemodes

then other ppl just want to get a boot option specifically for him/not allow him in any tourneys.

Yeah sasha needs some boost over jean marco eren.

jean=most gas
marco=longest blades
eren=best special

I guess sasha can be fastest in the middle tier. but a quick note she was lower ranked than them.
