I'm not managing this, but I figured I might as well put it up here in case anyone checks the forum before it happens. It starts September 19th 26th, 17 GMT and ends the next day.

Due to technical failure by google forms, most of the responses were not recorded. We've fixed it now, and so we're changing the tournament dates to the 26th and the 27th of September.
