My public servers will show up in the server browser, but because of the fact that they fill up so fast you might not see them. If the thread title says the servers are Online though, it means I'm constant resetting servers when the population falls too low.

Oh, so you can manage public servers?
Public servers tend to be unreliable, gimmicky, etc.
If you want to play with people here, better to use private.
