You can try use bandicam, I tried using it before but the game was choppy to be good gameplay. Other people say it works just fine so I guess I have a slow computer.

Fraps/Bandicam/Screenflow/Screencast-o-Matic/etc.
Lag can't really be altered. Lower quality?
Fullscreen? Not really sure, probably won't work.

I know bandicam works for full screen, it works for me fine in single player, but in MP it lags, but that could just be my comp/internet/host's internet etc.
