It was her or them at that time. And she never stopped to kill people around she just did it to all people that tried to stop her

Ah...this is a hard question for me. I don't really think there's a black or white rating for this. Every bad guy in a story is the hero in his own. There's generally a justification for their actions, and when there's not, the character feels less evil and more pitiful to me.
